The club has 300 square meters of gym space and a total of about 500 square meters. The box is spacious, light and has a height of over 6 meters, which is necessary for climbing a rope, absolute pull ups and ring chin-ups. Due to the good location of the club, it will be possible to run around the club during summer and workout outside (tire flip, sled pull, farmers walk, etc.). Also, the box features a separate space for children where they can play and a coffee shop with a protein bar on the gallery. The WODs will be provided by one of the best American athletes, Chris Spiller.

W.O.D
Workout of the Day, this is the combination of exercises, prescribed weights and time allotment that will be the law of the land from the first class to the last. Typically a WOD will consist of one gymnastic move (pull-ups, ring rows, sit-ups, etc.), one aspect of cardio (rowing, running, jumping rope, etc.) and one Olympic power-lifting maneuver (back squats, clean & jerks, dead lifts, push-presses, etc.).
RX
When one does the prescribed amount of weight and reps, one is said to have RX’d (as in, he or she followed the prescription).
BOX
centers are not called gyms, they’re called “boxes” and many of them resemble just that. Typically they’ll be in warehouse-like spaces with cement walls, exposed rafters crisscrossing the ceiling and nought but a black mat covering the length of the floors. There are no smoothie bars or aerobics studios in one’s peripheral vision, just the iron bar you’ll hang from, the weights you’ll thrust up above your head and the ground you’ll drip your perspiration and occasional tears into until you feel as though you’ve become a part of the place. This is your box. There are thousands of boxes across the country, but this one is yours.

If you want to achieve your fitness goals and start your CF adventure with us, you must first book your free trial class, where our coaches & staff will explain to you our unique training methods and prepare you for new fitness experience.
Sign for On-Ramp
On Ramp is 3 semi private class prerequisite for fundamental classes. Every new member will go through our basic training course of nine fundamental CF movements (air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, med ball clean) and get familiarize with our training methods.
Safe way of training is essential part of our club and community. Because of that On Ramp is necessary. You can sign up on the reception, and via phone calls and social networks. On Ramp program will start every Monday, price is 2000 din, and you will be notified from our coaches about time schedule.
